The consultation process is designed to allow you to discuss your aesthetic aims and address any concerns you may have. After understanding your aims and a thorough full-face assessment, the doctor will explain which areas may benefit from treatment and discuss the various options with you.

There will be no pressure to have any treatment and you will be offered a cooling off period should you wish to think about it.

On the day

• You will be asked to fill in a comprehensive medical assessment form – please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete this
• Please allow time to find parking
• The consultation may take up to an hour
• In line with government guidance to maintain distance, unfortunately anyone accompanying you will not be allowed into the clinic
• Please bring your own face mask and use the alcohol gel on arrival

After the treatment you will be given comprehensive after care advice to ensure you get the optimal result.

Your doctor will organise follow up as appropriate and you will be given our contact details should there be any post-procedure side effects or concerns.
